Pat Diamond, born in Minnesota, a seasoned prosecutor and graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School was elevated to the role as Deputy County Attorney for the Criminal Divisions in January 2007. Diamond argued before the United States Supreme Court in Minnesota v. Danforth in October 2007.
