No.  The elected official, the Hennepin County Attorney, is the spokesperson for the office.

Criminal complaints are public documents and can be found in the District Court office, which is part of the county government complex in downtown Minneapolis.  On the skyway level of the government center there is a District Court counter that includes a "media basket" with all of the latest criminal filings (updated daily)

No, that is not a function of the Media Relations Office of the HCAO.  Hennepin county has an office that handles data practices requests.  The contact person is Kathleen Washenberger  612-348-6596
