Mike Freeman's Statement about decision not to use grand jury in Jamar Clark case

3/16/2016

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced Wednesday that he will not convene a grand jury in the Jamar Clark death, but instead will make the decision himself on whether to bring charges against the two officers involved in Clark’s shooting death.

Below is a link to Freeman’s speech, announced at an 11 a.m. news conference. Later today, there should also be a link here to a video of the news conference.
