Attempted murder charge against man who ran over four outside nightclub

Eduardo Morales, 23, of Minneapolis was charged with attempted second-degree murder and second-degree assault charges for running over four people outside the Rouge nightclub early Friday morning. Note, that the charge title is Murder-2nd-Degree, but in fact, the victim is still alive so the charge, as you can see in the charge description, is attempted murder.
