Iowa teenager charged with second-degree assault

A teenager from Iowa has been charged with second-degree assault for hitting a police officer with his car, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced Friday.
Shi Sho, 18, of Des Moines, was also charged with fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. Bail has been set at $150,000. His first court appearance is July 20 at 1:30 p.m.
