Hamilton and Johnson Plead Guilty to Murder Charges

On November 21, Gregory Hamilton and Dantrell Johnson pled guilty to murder charges for a killing a man in August 2021, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced Wednesday.

 

Hamilton, 26, and Johnson, 29, both pled guilty to Intentional Second-Degree Murder for the Benefit of a Gang. Pursuant to terms of the plea agreement, both Hamilton and Johnson will serve a 420-month prison sentence.

 

Sentencing is scheduled for December 19 at 9:00 a.m. for Hamilton and at 1:30 p.m. for Johnson.
