Hennepin County Attorney’s Office charges massage therapist with criminal sexual conduct

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office today charged John Vue, 27, of Minneapolis, with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after he was accused by two separate women of unwanted sexual touching during massages at Tigercave Massage and Foot Spa in Eden Prairie.

This is the second instance of criminal sexual conduct charges involving Tigercave Massage and Foot Spa in recent months.

Vue’s first appearance in Hennepin County District Court is scheduled for June 25 at 1:30 p.m.

The victims’ courage in coming forward makes charges like these possible.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office provides trauma-informed support to victims as well as a dedicated staff member from its Victim and Witness Services division to guide them through the court process. Providing a safe environment for victims to share their experiences helps encourage others to come forward while assisting in the successful prosecution of predators.
