10/17/2024
The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office secured a 67-month sentence for Romell Roshode Lewis, 22, on three counts of motor vehicle theft and one count of first-degree aggravated robbery.
Mr. Lewis pleaded guilty on Oct. 17 and was sentenced in the same hearing as part of the agreement. The charges stem from various incidents throughout July and August 2023.
“Mr. Lewis’ actions require accountability, and today’s sentence delivers it,” Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said. “These were brazen incidents that could have had tragic outcomes; the community will be protected from Mr. Lewis.”
