Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty statement on charge against Conner Iversen

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office has charged Conner Michael Iversen, 18, with one count of criminal vehicular homicide stemming from a fatal crash in February that killed 11-year-old Lilyana Loycano.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty released the following statement:

“After this case was submitted to our office in mid-July, we conducted a thorough review and are confident in our charging decision. Lilyana should still be with her family. This terrible incident serves as another reminder of the devastating impact dangerous driving has on our communities.”
