Christian Castro, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, made his first appearance in Hennepin County District Court Thursday. Mr. Castro is charged in state court with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime.

Raymond Jones, 66, was sentenced today to 128 months for the killing of Desirae Argueta-Joj on November 5, 2025. At the sentencing hearing, HCAO prosecutors argued for a 180-month sentence.
